From Directly Observed Therapy to Accompagnateurs: Enhancing AIDS Treatment Outcomes in Haiti and in Boston
This article examines Directly Observed Therapy (DOT-HAART) provided by CHWs or accompagnateur to HIV patients in Boston and Haiti.
