Empowering Community Health Workers in Rural Ethiopia with Blended Learning: An Offline Mobile Application to Enhance Trainings and Healthcare Services
This study tested a new mobile app called Extension Essentials to train Health Extension Workers in rural Ethiopia. The app allowed workers to learn offline in multiple languages, combining digital lessons with some in-person training.
