This project assessed the knowledge of Michigan community health workers (CHWs) about preconception healthcare. A survey revealed that CHWs had low self-reported knowledge on the topic but faced few barriers to including it in their work. The findings highlight the need for tailored training to help CHWs raise awareness and address preconception health in their communities.
