This study looked at how rural community health workers in the U.S. used videoconferencing during COVID-19 to stay connected with underserved communities. Interviews with health workers showed that videoconferencing helped them communicate better, deliver services, and support each other during the crisis. The findings suggest that training community health workers to use videoconferencing can improve their work and help communities stay connected during future emergencies.
