The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted child health monitoring at Posyandu centers in Tangerang City, especially in stunting-prone areas. A study of 137 Posyandu cadres found their performance was influenced by incentives, training, facilities, and age, with incentives being the most important factor. To improve child growth monitoring, Posyandu centers need better support through training, resources, and rewards for cadres. Strengthening these community health services can help reduce health disparities.
