This study evaluated the impact of online training on menstrual hygiene, early marriage, and HIV/STI awareness among Medical Officers and Community Health Officers in Andhra Pradesh, India. Conducted over 10 months, the training reached 9,897 participants, with 2,809 completing both pre- and post-tests. Results showed a significant increase in knowledge across all topics, with improved understanding of menstruation, adolescent pregnancy risks, and STI symptoms. The post-test scores were notably higher than pre-test scores, confirming the effectiveness of the training in strengthening adolescent health knowledge among healthcare providers.
