This paper explores the learning processes and preferences of community health workers (CHWs) serving farmworkers in the USA. Interviews with 17 CHWs revealed a preference for visual and hands-on learning styles. Understanding these preferences can help create more effective learning materials for CHWs, benefiting public health efforts.
