The entire toolkit is comprised of a reference manual, technical presentations, facilitator’s guide, participant’s notebook, clinical logbook and tools for monitoring and evaluation. This document is the Clinical Logbook that can help health workers and training participants to maintain information on cases, record scores received in pre-, mid-, and post-course questionnaires, record scores they receive when evaluated on a model or in the clinical areas, and learn and practice the necessary skills using specific learning checklists.
