Many Indonesian children face the risk of double malnutrition, making it crucial to monitor toddlers’ growth closely. Community health workers at integrated health posts (posyandu) play a vital role in early detection of growth disorders. This community engagement aimed to improve their understanding of conducting and evaluating anthropometric measurements. Training methods included lectures, demonstrations, re-demonstrations, and discussions. After training, most community health workers could accurately measure weight, height, and head circumference. The training was effective in enhancing their knowledge and skills in these measurements.
